Kwitly helps organize household life: receipt scanning (OCR), purchase search, reminders (returns, insurance, vehicle inspection), My Car module, important dates and birthdays, shared shopping lists with live sync, data export and a web panel to browse and manage your account. Core features are free; details of any paid services will be published in the app or on the website.
Registration requires an email address and password. One account works in the mobile app and browser — data syncs in the cloud. You may invite household members to share selected resources (e.g. shopping lists). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and providing accurate data.
You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights or disrupt the system (including automated scraping, bypassing security or introducing malware). The provider may restrict access or delete an account in case of serious violations.
Receipt photos, lists, reminders and other data you add remain your property. You grant the provider a non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service. The provider does not verify the accuracy of user-entered data.
The service is auxiliary — Kwitly does not replace legal, accounting or medical advice. The provider strives for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee error-free OCR or full compliance of deadlines with applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to actual damages caused by intent.
These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated in the app, on the website or by email. You may delete your account at any time. The provider may discontinue the service with reasonable notice unless law requires otherwise.
