Account data (email, hashed password, optional name), content you add (receipts, photos, reminders, vehicle data, birthdays, shopping lists), data shared with invited household members and technical data (IP address, device type, security logs) — as needed to operate and protect the service.
We process data to provide the service, sync between the app and web panel, handle requests and ensure security. Legal bases: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (lit. f) and — for marketing cookies — your consent (lit. a).
We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), server safeguards and access controls. We retain data while you use your account and after deletion only as long as required by law or claims. You can export receipt and expense history from the app.
We do not sell your data. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, transactional email) as processors under data processing agreements. Data may be transferred outside the EEA only with GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
The website uses cookies essential for sign-in and operation. After consent, analytics or advertising scripts (e.g. Google) may load — you manage this in the cookie banner. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance where law does not require additional consent.
